Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Studio Tigris website and associated services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

1. Definitions

• "Content" means any text, images, audio, video, or other material you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Service.
• "Studio Tigris" means Studio Tigris Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
• "User" means any individual or entity that uses the Service.
• "You" means you, the User.

2. User conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use it to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any Content containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other harmful or disruptive code.

3. Intellectual property rights

You retain all intellectual property rights in your Content. By transmitting Content to the Service, you grant Studio Tigris a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that Content in connection with the Service. You agree not to transmit Content carrying a copyright notice or other proprietary designation to the contrary.

4. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party websites or services that Studio Tigris neither owns nor controls. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content, privacy policies, or practices, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on them.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Studio Tigris makes no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to the Service, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studio Tigris is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data) arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Studio Tigris harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

8. Changes to these terms

Studio Tigris may change these terms by posting updated terms on the Service, and your continued use after they're posted constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Entire agreement

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Studio Tigris regarding use of the Service, and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these terms is effective unless made in writing and signed by both you and Studio Tigris.
